Are You This Patient?
When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description,
special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more
reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors.
Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

Hi. I would certainly be willing to take a look for you and make some recommendations. I don''''t do nesbits either. But a Maryland bridge or conventional full-coverage bridge may be a possibility. You can give my office a call if you like, to schedule an appointment with me.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding treatment for a Maryland bridge. With the description that you have given as to your dental concern, I would not recommend a nesbit. On full examination, I would be able to give a more definitive explanation as to whether a standard bridge or Maryland bridge would best meet your needs. Please call the office if you would like to be seen. Thank you again, Frank A. Facella, DDS.

Dear Patient,"Nesbits" are realy not recomended especially for front teeth replacement.Either a conventional bridge -which requires reducing both teeth adjacent to the missing tooth- or a Maryland Bridge could be considered, however, although the Maryland bridge is a more conservative option it is not the most predictable long term. To make a decision an exam and evaluation of your bite and x-rays of the area would be needed. I would be happy to see you for an exam and treatment plan if you wish.Have a good weekendEyad Haidar DMD, CAGS in Prosthodontics
