Patient Review 1:
Few years ago I needed a bridge work & crown lengthening. I went to a doctor in Newton. He did a very poor job. As a result my bridge was popping every few months. Later I went to Dr. Amsalem to re-due the job. She did an excellent work. Since then, I never had any problem with my bridge. Dr. Amsalem is a very competent & accomplished doctor, and she cares a lot about her patients.

I am 57 years old and I have been a patient of Dr. Amsalem since April 2008, I was told I needed to have a gum graft a few years ago by my dentist. I kept putting it off because of my anxiety and the "pain" I thought I would experience.It was time,I needed to have the gafts done. Then I was referred to Dr. Amsalem. After my consultation I knew I was in good hands.I scheduled my first treatment for a gum graft. I followed post -op instructions and did not need more than Ibruprofen. I had minimal discomfort. I have had a deep scaling procedure , and recently bone osseous, for bone loss..After the osseous surgery , I had the same post-op experience as the gum graft.Dr. Amsalem's assistant Chereese was vey encouraging and helped me to relax during all my procedures.The front office staff always gave a pleasant greeting and made you feel welcome. I do not have insurance so the acceptance credit cards was helpful for payment.I would recommend Dr. Amsalem to anyone looking for a great Dr. and caring person.

I've had periodontal surgery on all four quadrants for gum disease and bone loss. I'm 59 years old and my mother suffered from gum disease but was not treated by a periodontist. She lost nearly all of her teeth between 70 and 80 years of age. Dr. Amsalem's excellent care will ensure that I keep mine.She is very thorough, skilled, and attentive to her patients. I have regular follow-up examinations and treatments. She is the best!

Dr. Amsalem did a gum graft on my teenage daughter. My daughter is totally needle and procedure phobic and was terrified of this procedure. Dr. Amsalem and her assistant instantly put Judy at ease and calmed her through the entire procedure. She patiently explained everything to us, from the necessity of the graft to the possible outcomes and further treatment options. The procedure was a complete success both medically and psychologically for Judy. Dr. Amsalem is one of the best in her field and her reputation is well deserved. I recommend her highly. Also, the office staff is not only extremely competent but friendly and warm, further contributing to the good experience.
