The cost-to-benefit ratio is awesome! Each time you have an appointment you pay a part of the treatment, which is very helpful specially in this economy.

The front desk staff as is very friendly and helpful. The assistants are very gentle and quick with the adjustments. Never have I had to wait for more than 10 minutes to be seen, and the adjustment appointments go just as fast too.

Also, when you go there for the first time, do not hesitate to ask the Treatment Coordinator any questions! She knows the answers to all of your questions, plus she is super cool!

The building is so clean you could eat off the floor, and the huge TV in the lobby is a big plus. Another advantage of having your braces done there is that they do most (if not all) of the things you need, like your retainers, right there, in-house!

The results were impeccable, and if you worry a lot about what is going on as you move along with your treatment like I did, you can ask Dr. "Riz" about it, and you will never leave there with doubts or concerns.

I was in braces for eleven monthes. I have beautiful straight teeth and a closed bite! Dr Rizkallah and his staff did an amazing job on my teeth and they were great to work with. I also switched insurance three times during my treament and each time there was no problem.

   I came to Dr.Riz on recommendation from my dentist. My dentist knew I had a tough case and her words were you need to see someone who thinks outside the box to correct your issue. Dr. Rizs consultation was the first time I had pure confidence in a doctor. He is knowledgeable, honest, and caring. His out of the box thinking fixed my extremely difficult case in a little over a year. During the middle of my treatment I moved from South Boston to Rochester, New York and still continued with him because I knew that no one does work like he does.

   Words cant explain the confidence he has restored in me. His brilliance benefits all that see him.

I waited over 15 years to get my overbite treated. Four different orthodontists whom I had consulted before Dr. Riz wanted me to have orthognastic surgery to correct the bite. That surgery would have placed screws into my lower jaw bone to lengthen my jaw and thereby correct the bite. Ouch!

Dr. Riz was the first orthodontist who said that I did not need the surgery, and also said that he could straighten my teeth and fix my bite within 14 months--much less time than the other 4 orthodotists had estimated.

I was skeptical, but agreed to undergo treatment. TWELVE months later, I had straight teeth and a perfect, pain-free bite for the first time in my life.

Not only was the treatment a success, but Dr. Riz's concern for my comfort truly went above and beyond. A first set of braces gave me problems, and within 24 hours he removed them and replaced them with something I felt more comfortable wearing, at no cost.

My denist suggested orthodontics, I was very apprehensive. I fortunitally followed my dentists recommendation with a consultation with Dr. Riz. It ended up (except for the having to wear the braces) being a great expeirence. The staff was always professional, the facility is state of the art, Dr. Riz has the ability to make you comfortable and welcome with every visit.

The consultation with Dr. Riz was inspiring. I had been to a few other consultations, and most of the other orthos recommended jaw surgery. I did NOT want that, and Dr. Riz was completely confident that I didn't need jaw surgery, just two extractions.

My braces were put on in July of 2007, and my estimated treatment time was 12-14 months. My teeth showed an incredible improvement very quickly. Dr. Riz was both professional and funny during all of my appointments, and his assistants are fantastic. Everyone in the office is very polite, compassionate, and friendly.

With two months or so until my wedding, Dr. Riz did everything he could to get my braces off before the wedding, and he did--my braces came off 5 days before my wedding and just shy of 11 months after they were put on!

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I lost 3 of my main 'Molar Teeth'. As the years past my teeth shifted causing almost "buck teeth" and terrible digestive problems as I couldn't even chew my food properly. I was afraid that my appearance, health, and self esteem would all be lost.

Then I found Dr.Rizkallah..........

He carefully outlined a corrective plan for me and as the months past I knew that I had been blessed to be in such professional and considerate hands.

Today, I have the most beautiful teeth and smile as I never dreamed possible. My digestive problems are over and my good health has returned.

I owe much to Dr.Rizkallah for all of these wonderful

improvements in my life. I highly recommend Dr. Rizkallah to everyone who want the best results possible and a wonderful satisfying experience.

His work is superior. His approach is thoughtful and proactive. His level of expertise with adults is rare and makes a huge difference (since children's teeth are growing and adult teeth are not.)

The office staff is well-trained and competent.

I must say, he stands out from the crowd. He was complimentary of the other orthodontists I met, and I found him to be pretty humble. But he exudes confidence and competence like none of the other orthodontists did. And I like that alot. Never mind that he is exceptionally likable as a person.

Also, he is much more familiar with adult treatment than most orthodontists. My results are fantastic, and he got it done in HALF THE TIME OF ALL OTHER ESTIMATES!

Oh and his office is an amazing service system. Tight ship with excellent service, speedy results, and fair prices.
