The patient had an accident in which he fell and hit his face on concrete. He fractured his two front teeth and saw a dentist for emergency bonding. He was not please with the esthetics and shape of the teeth. There is also plaque and swollen gums

This photo was taken after we placed two Procera all-ceramic crowns on the patient's front teeth; We achieved a custom shade match. The patient was very pleased. His dental hygiene has improved as well. Notice the healthy gum tissue.
