I was admiring my friends teeth and remembered that she HATES going to the Dentist so I asked her where she was going. She told me about Dr. McDuffee at iSmile so I decided to check it out since I needed a Dentist myself. I figured it had to be good if she would finally go herself! My whole experience was really great. The reception people were really nice and the Dentist saw me right on schedule, which I really appreciate. Dr. McDuffee was very pleasant and thorough. I immediately felt like he actually cared about the health of my teeth and not just intimidating me into doing a lot of work. Im glad I went and I will be telling more of our friends to go there to!

I am new to the area and needed a Dentist. I don't have a lot of "spare time" in my life so it was important to me that I find an office that was convenient and efficient as well as a Dentist that was no-nonsense and knowledgeable. iSmile Dental Associates is the complete package and Dr. McDuffe was fabulous. He presented me with a treatment plan that outlined everything I needed to do as well as things that were optional for me to do. There was no pressure and I felt like his only concern was my overall Dental Health and what I wanted to do. He explained everything in detail and was patient with all of my questions. And I can make my appointments after work hours or on the weekend so I don't have to worry about taking time away from my job. I highly recommend Dr. McDuffe and this office to anyone who wants it all - and wants it in one office!

Dr. McDuffee was extremely friendly and called me after all dental visits that required numbing. His jokes can get old but his chairside kindness is very calming. My whole family loves him. He is not the least expensive dentist around but I learned the hard way that I'd rather pay a little more for top quality. I also learned the hard way that dental and medical spending is not about going to the cheapest doctor, but finding the best. You will not be disappointed with 'Tom' as he likes to be called (I really appreciated that) and he is not the kind of dentist who tries to 'do it all' (I learned the hard way on that too!) - he has a root canal specialist in the office and an implant doctor there... he also has a periodontist and several AWESOME hygienists...

I've seen JaNey, Kerri, Chris, and Janet.... all excellent.

I also have to say the ladies at the front desk are as pleasant as you could find anywhere... I am tempted to try to steal them for my own business... customer service people that actually are caring are hard to find... I don't know if its the new owners since I've been there or luck but this place has even improved over the last 5 years... all the latest gizmos!!! and spotless to boot!
