Dr. Pelletier is a graduate and former full-time faculty member of the Harvard School of Dental Medicine where he received specialty training in the field of Prosthodontics -a dental specialty that encompasses aesthetic, reconstructive and the restorative phase of implant dentistry-.
As an assistant professor at Harvard, his responsibilities encompassed private patient care, research, administration and the directorship of both the pre- and post-doctoral Prosthodontics programs
